Here are some informational handouts, tools, forms, presentations that we are sharing in order to make your job in the coding and reimbursement field a little easier. These tools were mostly developed for the students of the CRN Institute to aide in their understanding of these core concepts. Feel free to distribute but keep the files intact as they are. If you would like to revise these in anyway please contact the author Laureen Jandroep, OTR, CPC, CCS-P, CPC-H for permission. She might even do a custom one just for you!

    This file contains the handouts provided for this PowerPoint presentation presented at the the AAPC national conferences 2001 to 2003. Click here to download this file. This is a large file so be prepared!
  • "Modifier$ - Grid"
    This two page document organizes and lists the CPT modifiers by logical groupings and uses a key that helps to break down the barriers to understanding modifiers.
  • "Malignant Neoplasm Coding (ICD)"
    This file contains a primer used to teach our students how to code malignant neoplasms.
