How it Works
- Once payment is received you will be sent via e-mail a link to the recording and a username and password to unlock the recording.
- The recording plays in Window Media player which you can download for free at http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/download/
- You will need to have sound capability on you computer (sound card and speakers or headset)
- You will also be sent a link to the handouts in Adobe Acrobat (pdf) format and well as your certificate with your name printed on it. For each additional user in your organization that needs a certificate the cost is $5. You can indicate participants names at the time of payment or 30 days after payment by e-mailing certificates@crn-institute.com (include invoice #.)
